I can't believe I haven't been here sooner! The selection of local products is amazing! I felt so happy browsing all the isles. I also expected things to be a lot more pricey. But I love how accessible good food is because of the co-op.

I love shopping at co-ops. This one has a really excellent bulk selection and the creations from the deli and meat departments looked amazing. They're grocery section seemed super balanced. Their wellness section was a tad small but still seemed to carry all the essentials. I will definitely come back here next time I'm in the area.

The classic classic great All-American Californian Northern Californian co-op is alive and well. Can't say enough about it. Just a great little store. Great people. Really nice produce department and a good deli. I'm really glad they're here and I am a member.

Their sandwiches are amazing! As a vegetarian, I often only have one option at delis, but the Arcata co-op had THREE veg options. I ordered the picante pickle patch, and it was amazing! The popcorn tofu was delicious too! In addition to this, their mango selection is the best I've seen in CA. When we went, I saw five varieties of mango! A must-visit!

The North Coast Co-op is right across the street from the senior building I live in. It has a wide variety of healthy food, produce, and products for health conscious people. It is invaluable to many in my building who can just cross the street and purchase their food!

Buying a membership for a year will save you money! The staff is super nice, considerate, and helpful. The store is always clean. Great local caught fish! The sushi is good! Their deli counter has great selections. Love the the huge amount of organic produce. Really love all the organic bulk items, including honey, spices, and supplements! Small but great garden area with vegetable and herb plants, flowers, etc.. I joined the co-op right as all food prices skyrocketed, so I doubt have baseline for comparison, but I never can seem to get out of there for under $120 with two bags of groceries. Typically, I spend about $160 to $200 no matter how careful I am.

When we visit the coast, we always stop at the North Coast Co-op in Arcata. The Mermaid Sushi is fresh, delicious, and perfect for a beach picnic with the family. The staff are always so friendly. It’s the kind of place that makes us feel right at home.

The store is large. They specialize in catering to individuals who prioritize the quality of their food, the products they utilize, and the constituent ingredients of these items. Notably, this is the first location I have encountered that features a hot bar utilizing olive oil, as opposed to vegetable oils, for their roasted potatoes. Kudos for the folks in Arcata and surrounding for supporting such a store.

This is a good organic grocery store that has a great variety of items. But keep in mind this business is often busy, and the walkways are barely large enough for 2 carts. So might be tough to navigate for someone in a wheelchair.

Excellent selection of everything healthy. Lots of really fresh and healthy sushi. I took several pictures to display the products here. My favorite premade foods to get here is the sushi and the ice cream sandwiches in photos.
